Although the Italian brand Valiani has always been directly linked to the Framing and Packaging market, in recent years it has also been achieving good results in the Textile, Leather and Footwear Industry.
Invicta, totally designed within Valiani production plants, is a solution for cutting rigid and fiber cardboard, over 1 mm thick, so as to make it easier to draw and to write on paper patterns.
The idea behind the project is to complement Valiani technology and experience in the production of flatbed cutting plotters with the needs of the Apparel market. This translates into the offering of a specific cutting solution that can be integrated with the main CAD systems on the market, a feature that pattern makers certainly benefit from. This device allows them to cut not only paper patterns, but also leather, fabric or any material to create prototypes, samples, bespoke garments and small series, reducing the times and costs of prototyping and production.
The new machinery, which is reliable, sturdy and built-in full compliance with the Made in Italy concept, is covered by a 5-year warranty, and can be customized into several configurations with a wide range of tools, guaranteeing high versatility in the processing of different materials, shapes and thicknesses (up to 5 mm or 20 mm with oscillating head).
The company, immersed in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, strongly believes in this compact and innovative machinery, through which it can grow even further in the Clothing, Leather and Footwear sector, both in Italy and abroad.
