Martin Group, the Industry 4.0 range
The historic MEPP XTP double-trolley pressure membrane machine is now included in the Industry 4.0 project, with the new TCX 4.0 Touch Screen, and with new safety systems and facilitating the handling of work plates.
The new series of X Series KEL continuous fusing machines, in working width 600 – 1000 – 1400 – 1600 mm, complete with electronic stacker, gives the user all technological advantages of Industry 4.0 with Panasonic 7″ TCX Touch Screen, with programmable recipes it also allows a higher productivity than the classic machines with trolleys, with the certainty of maximum quality, given by the use of smooth laminated conveyor belts with pneumatic movement control, pneumatic pressure from 0 to 5 Bar adjustable in fractions of 100 grams, for a very accurate pressure on very sensitive and delicate fabrics and leathers.
At last, the brand new OLX-N series presented at the last Texprocess in Frankfurt: a fusing machine of small dimensions but with the same characteristics of the X Series KEL, smooth laminated belts, pneumatic belt control, pneumatic pressure from 0 to 5 Bar, Panasonic 7″ touch screen, with programmable recipes, possibility of Industry 4.0 module, for small fabric laboratories and leather goods that do not give up to high quality standards.
