In its workshop Foggiato tests all the machines before shipment, in order to increase the facilities provided to its customers. Foggiato is in charge of the exclusive distribution of the Double-Cut, a made in Italy by Fassi machine which allows to separate the double-face fabrics through a circular spinning blade directly driven by a remote pedal controlled brushless motor.
The fabric cut is very precise and the operator can easily fit the machine to the specific fabric thickness. Both the stainless steel flatbed and the foot can be separately adjusted with two micrometric regulator knobs. Each gauge can be read on the clock instruments. They are able to set up the machine working measurements up to a hundredth of a millimeter. The operator manually drives the fabric in order to avoid any kind of damage. The Double-Cut machine has a multi-adjustable blade sharpener that allows the best result and, consequently, the most precise fabric opening. The Double-Cut has been CE certified.
