usaAmCham Italy and Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana signed an Agreement that aims to promote and support the internationalization process of the Italian companies in the USA and to increase and foster the Italian fashion export in the USA.

«For the textile-clothing field, the USA represent the third market for the Italian export after Germany and France accounting for 1,8 billions euro in 2014. Therefore, USA is the first market outside Europe, with a 9% growth compared to 2013 and representing 6% on the overall fashion import from the USA. AmCham and Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana intend to further develop the economic and commercial relations between Italy and USA, in one of the most successful and strategic sector of the Made in Italy and Italian Life Style. – declared the Managing Director Simone Crolla – We think that this agreement is very important for this industry, for both SME’s and big companies, to favour the access of Italian companies to the USA».
The President of Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana, Mario Boselli, commented: «I’m very happy of this Agreement with American Chamber of Commerce in Italy, that will facilitate the relations between our members and the operators of this important American market in a very positive moment for the USA».
