Registrations are open for the Master’s Degree in Fiber Design and Textile Processes, born from the collaboration between Città Studi Biella, the Textile training pole of the Biellese manufacturing cluster, and POLI.design, founded by Politecnico di Milano as an interface between universities, companies, and professional organizations, institutions and bodies on the design matter.
The master’s degree aims to train technical figures in the Textile sector with a particular focus on new materials, new technologies like IoT and environmental sustainability. With a partnership that counts more than 30 prestigious brands in the Textile and Fashion sector, this master is one of a kind: lessons in English will be held between Biella and Milan for 12 months, including a 3 months internship. It will start in October 2019 and will come to an end in November 2020. It is possible to enrol separately to each of the four teaching modules the master is made up of: I.o.T. and Industry 4.0, Technicality for the Textile sector management, Design and Production, Sustainability.
