Martin Group, Italian leading company in the production of fusing machine and thermo printing machines, has introduced in its very wide range of products a new accessory, the form SP 1600 to be combined, in particular, with the model Open Top 160. It consists of a modular system of carrying out and rewinding of the whole roll of fabric.This accessory is particularly useful when the fabric has to be decatized before the fusing process. This process is often performed by the producer of the fabrics, whereas this accessory allows the garment producer to do it himself, reducing the cost of the fabrics; it also gives the possibility of decatizing those fabrics that, for shrinkage reasons, cannot be worked in traditional way.

A PLC manages all the functions, syncronizing the speed of the carrying out according to the speed planned on the fusing machine.

The form SP 1600 is set on wheels and therefore easily detachable so that it is possible to use the fusing machine, the Open Top 160, in traditional way by simply moving away the form SP 1600.

The Open Top 160 can be configured in version Exit (with belt in back exit), in version Return (with return belt in front area) and in version Piler (with completely automatic stacker available from one to five lanes).
