Lodo HT is a universal fully automatic laboratory dyeing machine, ideal for small samples of yarn cones, bulk fibers, fabric beams and yarn skeins. It is made in italy with highest quality standards, safety features and low environment impact.
Its main characteristic are its modular design, different configurations of automation levels to increase its automation level, and dyeing repeatability to the top level, in order to reach the highest possible Right First Time (RFT). For this scope, some unique technological solutions have been developed, all available on demand as optional accessories.
Lodo HT’s dyeing units can be equipped with an automatic dosing system consisting of 1 main tank (in which the dye bath is poured) and 3 additional smaller tanks, for auxiliary products. Besides quality, when the time factor and dyeing quantity are involved, the addition of other accessories (such as the extra pump d-4 and d-5 dosing kits) will ensure a complete automation and guarantee the highest dosing accuracy (exclusion of human error) and the highest possible RFT.
Its main features are: 3 versions available (manual, standard automation, full automation); from 1 to 6 independent units with 1000 or 2000 cc capacity; atmospheric and high temperature dyeing (max +135°C); variable liquor ratio (from 1:30 down to 1:5, depending on specimen type); programmable and user-friendly PLC microprocessor with touch screen display, and up to 50 programs memory capacity.
Each dyeing unit is equipped with: automatic continuous washing system and drain of the dyeing bath; reversible circulation pump (to allow bath flow from the inside-outside, and viceversa); safety thermostat, as per CE norms; high quality thermal insulation system (to save power and enable faster temperature increase); automatic indirect water cooling system by means of an electro valve.
