In 2025, Tecnomeccanica Biellese took a decisive step towards the future by investing in cutting-edge technologies and next-generation machinery: an investment designed to offer customers even greater precision, reliability, and efficiency.
Between November and December, two latest-generation TRUMPF systems entered the production line:
- an 8-kW fiber laser cutting machine [opening image] for cutting sheet metal, capable of processing XXL format tubes and profiles with an envelope diameter of up to 370 mm, and equipped with inclined cutting functionality;
- a 230-ton press brake with fully automated tool changer and integrated tool management system.
These new solutions enhance Tecnomeccanica Biellese’s production capabilities, ensuring high quality and optimizing operations thanks to a high level of automation. The result? Consistent performance, reduced delivery times, and even more competitive customer service.
- from an environmental point of view, the new generation machinery will reduce overall energy consumption by approximately 6%, making the processes even greener and more efficient;
- from a social point of view, Tecnomeccanica Biellese is improving well-being in the workplace: operators can count on intelligent software that eliminates heavy setup activities and allows them to focus on tasks with higher added value.
