The know-how of Fusè Carlo is reflected in a range of products designed for every area related to sewing: garment manufacturing, leather goods, industrial ironing, automatic cutting, and heat bonding. SAMAB 2025: Booth C06

.

Founded in the post-war period by Carlo Fusè, the company is now in its third generation and this year celebrates its 75th anniversary.

Its strength lies in its ability to adapt to and anticipate changes: from Carlo’s vision, to the industrial strategy of his son Gianni, and now the push toward internationalization driven by Mauro, current Managing Director of the company (which now relies on over 900 retailers across Europe).

Fusè Carlo is a partner capable of providing not only individual machines, but also strong technical support; it has experienced steady growth and maintains a solid partnership with the Jack brand, of which it is the exclusive distributor for Italy and which celebrates its tenth anniversary this year.

A new chapter: the machine for the leather good industry

World Premieres at SAMAB

At SAMAB, the company is showcasing a new sewing machine equipped with AI, which joins already well-known models such as the Jack A5E-A AMH and the C7 URUS. These machines can recognize the type of fabric through an AI chip and automatically adjust motor torque to ensure flawless stitching every time.

As for automation, Jack introduces three new solutions designed to shorten production times by eliminating slow and complex operations and increasing overall line efficiency.

In addition, Fusè Carlo is unveiling two new machines that aim to be a valid alternative in leather goods industry.

AI and IoT

The artificial intelligence algorithm built into Jack-brand sewing machines processes thousands of data points per second, recognizes fabric thickness, and automatically adjusts feed and power accordingly.

The Internet of Things is now an integral part of these machines as well, allowing them to be managed remotely, monitored in real-time, and receive instructions and designs via the cloud directly from an app or web app.

A Sustainable Future, also from a Human Perspective

Technology is not only about innovation – it is also a concrete answer to one of the sector’s major challenges: the lack of qualified personnel.

Automation makes complex operations accessible even to those without years of experience, offering a significant boost in reducing the generational gap affecting the industry and reviving employment opportunities.

This is why the group continues to invest in technological innovation, updating automatic field machines such as the Jack M9 with a 360° rotating head, and developing new solutions that are increasingly intuitive and versatile.
