D-house is an urban laboratory created to revolutionize the way fashion manufacturing is done, blending tradition and modernity, craftsmanship and innovation. SAMAB 2025: Booth C20
.
D-house Laboratorio Urbano, owned by Pattern Group, specializes in the application of advanced technologies to the fashion and design sectors, for decorative and/or functional purposes. «The goal is to customize and enhance fabrics and semi-finished products, creating added value» explains Loreto Di Rienzo, Technology Ambassador at D-house.

Technologies and Solutions
Dyloan has adopted – and adapted to the world of fashion and design – technologies initially used in other production sectors: for example, laser cutting and engraving, high-frequency welding, heat sealing, 3D printing, and digital printing. «The added value lies in the ability to combine these technologies in innovative ways, creating new expressive and performance possibilities: combinations that enhance creativity and open up real opportunities for market differentiation» comments the founder.

Aesthetic potential and functional performance
«SAMAB is a key event for all professionals working in product development, applied research, and technological innovation within our sector» says Di Rienzo. On the occasion of the exhibition, the company is showcasing technological combinations that merge aesthetic potential with functional performance, creating solutions that are simultaneously original, high-performing, and sustainable.
Among these, the use of 3D printing and digital printing stands out, enabling the creation of three-dimensional surfaces that are fully customizable in terms of color, texture, and structure – introducing new design and production paradigms.

Technological Innovation
«The current acceleration in the evolution of technologies applied to fashion and design—especially through the integration of advanced tools such as AI and IoT—is redefining how products and services are designed, produced, and managed, pushing the boundaries of creativity and efficiency far beyond what was possible in the past» says Di Rienzo.
He adds that, at the same time, the path toward sustainability is becoming a powerful driver of innovation. Technologies are evolving not only in terms of software but also in hardware and materials; a prime example is 3D printing, which is increasingly using recycled, biodegradable, or low-impact materials.
