Technical solutions
Among its technologies, the company highlights:
- Warp-Knit / Weft-Insert System, developed by Chargeurs PCC’s R&D teams in collaboration with textile machinery manufacturer Karl Mayer, enables the insertion of additional yarns in the weft direction, expanding fabric design possibilities while enhancing quality and performance. It ensures high elasticity and recovery in the weft direction, combined with breathability, stability, and control in the warp direction.
- Global Molecular Point (GMP) is a patented process by Chargeurs PCC, designed to develop a coating with optimal adhesion across a wide range of fabrics. It prevents the strike-through effect and ensures ideal long-term garment stability, preserving the fabric’s integrity, flexibility, and durability.
- Zero Water, an ultra-lightweight interlining collection produced without water consumption, minimizes environmental impact.
- Deco Stretch, a new collection of highly elastic, pre-cut heat-adhesive films, is designed for decorative applications with high creative content. Made in Italy and part of the Fusion Line, Deco Stretch comes in a vibrant range of colors and is entirely solvent-free, offering a versatile, sustainable solution with a strong visual impact. Printable and fully customizable, the collection offers maximum design freedom, along with cutting-edge flexibility and style.

Presence at SAMAB
At SAMAB, the company is showcasing various products that incorporate its technologies, including H2, a three-layer technical fabric weighing only 45 g, developed using the Warp-Knit / Weft-Insert technology, which gives the fabric exceptional performance despite its extreme lightness.
«As for interlinings, we have brought our monomaterial options, made using our GMP technology with 100% polyester coatings. They are fully recyclable and offer durability and performance equal to polyamide» explains Gianluca Tanzi, CEO and President of Chargeurs PCC.

The Potential of New Technologies
«The integration of AI and other advanced technologies like IoT represents an extraordinary opportunity for companies in our industry and can deeply transform the entire supply chain, promoting greater efficiency and sustainability».
Tanzi emphasizes that AI helps optimize production processes and reduce waste, more accurately forecast market demand, and tailor offerings to customer needs. It also enables real-time data collection and analysis to improve decision-making and support the development of increasingly innovative and high-performance solutions.
