The new loader Titan is expressly designed for simple ply feeders helping to load heavy fabrics from the floor to the cradle of the feeder. Titan lifts fabric rolls from the floor to the single ply feeder York and vice versa, facilitating the loading and unloading operations. The new loader Titan is compact and with a modern design. The movable concave platform with an integrated ramp lifts rolls weighing up to 100 kg and with a maximum diameter of 60 cms. A gentle passage of the fabric roll to the tilted spreader cradle is ensured by the automatic tilting of the platform at the upper position. Fast and smooth in its movement, the elevator is ideal for time saving during the roll change.

For an easy usage, the commands of the loader are directly managed by the touch screen panel and integrated with feeder’s commands. The safety system ensures automatic stop of the platform in presence of obstacles.
