Martin Group has introduced a new accessory, the form SP 1600 to be combined, in particular, with the model Open Top 160/180 or X1600, a modular system, completely electronic, to unwind and rewind the whole roll of fabric. It is particularly useful when the decatising of fabric is needed before the fusing process or when it is necessary to fuse the whole roll of fabric with interlining before the cutting process. Very often both processes are performed from the fabric producers or external laboratories. This new accessory allows the end user to make both operations in his factory. A PLC manages all the functions, syncronizing the speed of the carrying out with the speed planned on the fusing machine, also checking the alignment of external selvages.
The form SP 1600 is set on wheels and easily detachable so that it is possible to use the fusing machine, the Open Top 160/180 or X1600, traditionally, simply getting further the form SP 1600. The Open Top 160/180 or X1600 is available in version Exit (with belt in back exit), Return (with return belt in front area) and Piler (with completely automatic stacker available from one to five lanes). The machine in the picture has the following configuration: cool feeding belt with 2 lanes (available from 1 to 4 lanes), with start commanded from the operator, separate commands; it is possible to join the two lanes, electronically, to work big panels. Fusing machine Open Top 160 with control panel touch screen 7 inches, with memories archive for fusing data different for each fabric and interlining.
