The burrs beater cylinder for woollen cards, produced by Tecnomeccanica Biellese, is an accessory suitable to all major card available in the market (Thibeau Cards CA 6 and CA7 – Octir Dragon and For Cards). This equipment, that is produced in working width from 2500 up to 3500 mm, is dynamically balanced to run up to 1600 rpm. Flayers are hardened in special nickel chrome steel assuring a long life and a perfect result also after re-grinding it several time. Wide cylinder has a conical shape to copy the flexion in order to achieve a straight surface in the working point against the morel. Tecnomeccanica Biellese can also supply the spare burrs collector box, constructed on sizes according to the existing machine.
